JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One liter country made liquor, kept in a bottle, 2.5 kilograms Mahua and some utensils, which are used in manufacturing the country made liquor, are said to have been recovered from the hut of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 29.04.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Barh, Patna, in connection with Mokama P.S.Case No. 77 of 2016.
