Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S.Case No. 111 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 511, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of attempting to commit rape upon the informant and her Gotni also when she came to rescue the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is land dispute between the parties and, as a matter of fact, due to scuffle took place between the children, the present false and concocted case has been filed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47757 of 2018 (2) dt.20-08-2018 2/2 Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, rather petitioners to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
