The petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.03.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and mobile were recovered. Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Maranchi P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8486 of 2015 (02) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 Case No. 09 of 2014.

Since the petitioner has serious criminal antecedent, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he substantially gets involved in some serious nature of the offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
