JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 01-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through the virtual Court proceedings. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act read with Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted. Allegation is of recovery of 210 litre of liquor from the vehicle and one country made pistol from the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in the present case. The real

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and chargesheet has been submitted, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Fulkaha P.S.
