JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner surfaced in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Sujit Kumar Mehta, which is evident from perusal of the impugned order itself. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.11.2015 but up till now, he has not been put on T.I.P., even in the circumstance, when the informant and one witness, namely, Ravindra Singh have claimed before the police to have identified the culprits. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, several co-accused including Manikant Kumar have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
