JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits, as per the prosecution case, that one Dessi katta, one cellular phone and rupees two hundred have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He has submitted that there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner and has contended that the petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2014.

In view of the submission that the petitioner is in

No.8372 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 custody since 08.09.2014 and having got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No. 329 of 2014.
