The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No.88 of 2019 registered under Sections 448, 341, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 03.05.2019 at about 09.00 P.M., the petitioner reached at the roof of the house of the informant and started to outrage the modesty of his daughter Radhika Kumari. On alarm being raised by the daughter of the informant, when Mukesh Kumar, the son of the informant, went at the roof, then this petitioner jumped from the roof and fled away in the bamboo orchard. Thereafter, on search, the petitioner was found at the door of the house of Jabbar Mian, then the son of informant committed "MaarPeet" with the petitioner. No.51985 of 2019(2) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 and Akhilesh Nonia armed with deadly weapons came at the door of the informant and gave threatening to the informant of dire consequences in case the case is lodged at the police station. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to grudge and enmity, the informant and others came at the door of the petitioner and started to abuse and caused assault to the petitioner regarding which on the basis of the fardbeyan of the father of the petitioner, Sandesh P.S. Case No.87 of 2019 was instituted against the informant and others, due to that reason, the informant has lodged the present case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No.88 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
