JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 30-08-2019 It appears that the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 25.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2360 of 2019 whereunder the petitioner had to surrender and submit the bail bond within four weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender within the given period of four weeks because of certain health issues and therefore a prayer is being made to extend the period fixed in the order dated 25.10.2019 to enable the petitioner to surrender and submit a bail bond.

No one appears for the State.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, in case, in the event of the arrest/surrender before the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52056 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 within two weeks from today, the petitioner shall be given benefits of the order dated 25.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2360 of 2019. The terms and conditions as stated in the said order shall remain the same.
