2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 342, 323, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(vi) (x) S.C/S.T Act registered in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 104 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in a completely concocted case as in fact the petitioner and the informant were married on 09.11.2011 and subsequently the petitioner even filed an informatory petition before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, which itself falsify the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37118 of 2014 (2) dt.01-04-2015 accusations which are highly improbable. The petitioner claims clean criminal antecedent.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 104 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
