Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 09.09.2015 but up till now he has not been put on T.I.P and having more or less similar allegation one co-accused Shambhu Singh @ Shambhu Mandal has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
