2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with cr. Misc. Case No. 14628 of 2014 which was rejected by order dated 05.08.2014.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail which was earlier rejected in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 14628 of 2014 vide Annexure-1. Learned Senior counsel Mr. Ramakant Sharma appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20165 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2016 2/2 petitioner submits that there has been fresh development in the case in the form of the compromise between parties. A supplementary affidavit has been filed enclosing a copy of the compromise petition filed before the learned Lower Court to this effect.
4. Having regards to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri U.S. Parmar learned J.M. 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsarif in connection with Complaint Case No- 1557C of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Vikash Jain, J.) Rajiv/- U T
