The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 290, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act.
Hundred litres of country made liquor was recovered from the hutment of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the hutment does not belong to the petitioner and admittedly, there is no recovery from the petitioner. Considering the quantity of recovery and the
