JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014,G.R. No.1279 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 25(1-AA), 26(1), (2) of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that arms and materials of manufacturing of fire arms have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the report with regard to arms seized, there is not mentioned any prohibited arms recovered from the house of the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail taking into consideration that petitioner is in jail custody since 15.07.2014 and submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with
