JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhepura (Ghailadh) P.S. Case No. 170 of 2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 447, 384, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. From perusal of the FIR, it appears that allegation against this petitioner is of snatching of golden chain and took out Rs. 5000/- from the pocket of Rajdeep. There is no allegation of assault by this petitioner in the occurrence. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as per statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail since 29.03.2017, the petitioner above named is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44044 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Madhepura (Ghailadh) P.S. Case No. 170 of 2017, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors should be the close relative of the petitioner, the petitioner will extend full cooperation in conclusion of trial and will not tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses.
