The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sandesh P.S.Case no.107/16 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 506, 504 & 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of D.P.Act. On the demand of Hero Honda motorcycles, there is allegation of torture by the petitioner and ousting her form the house.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact he is residing at Punjan for earning livelihood and the allegations are false and concocted . He is still ready to keep her with dignity and care, but the informant is not ready to reside with the petitioner. In view of the allegation, it appears to be general in nature .

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner surrender on 28.8.2019 and on surrender he will be released on provisional bail in connection with Sandesh P.S.Case No.107/2016 for a period of six months and during that period, the learned court below shall issue notice to the information and on appreance of the O.P.no.2 he shall try for reconciliation between them and the learned court below after considering the conduct of both the parties will pass order either confirming the bail bond of the petitioner or any other order or orders.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
