JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that Bolero vehicle of the informant was robbed after sedating the driver of the vehicle, though the vehicle was recovered immediately. The First Information Report was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that prior to institution of the present case the petitioner was not accused in any other case but after the present case the petitioner has been implicated in several cases and the investigation has already concluded. Neither there is any recovery from the petitioner nor he has been put on test identification parade. Statement to that effect has been made in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14037 of 2015 (2) dt.27-04-2015 2/2 para 10 of the petition.

Considering the fact that investigation has concluded, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Tiyar P.S. Case No. 03 of 2014.
