After making submission regarding petitioner's non consideration in the matter of selection of Anganbari Sevika being on extraneous consideration learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent officials so that order dated 5.5.2014, passed by the Commissioner, Saran Division, Chapra may be taken to its logical conclusion.
It is the petitioner's case that order dated 5.5.2014 has not been challenged in any proceeding nor subsequent to the said letter
Patna High Court CWJC No.15972 of 2014 dt.21-08-2018 2/2 any steps have been taken in this regard.
In view of the above, this Court would only observe that the order dated 5.5.2014 issued by the Commissioner, Saran Division, Chapra should be taken to its logical conclusion and final order thereupon in light of the reminder dated 23.6.2014 may be taken by respondent authorities expeditiously. It is expected that the final decision be taken by respondent authorities within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is thus disposed of.
