The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 328, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The police brought the petitioner before the informant and the informant identified him. The informant also identified the articles stolen from him and recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 30.09.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial
