2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patory P.S. Case No. 653 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing his wife for demand of dowry.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case as the deceased left the house of her own and thereafter jumped from a bridge and committed suicide. He further submits that in the trial even charges are not framed yet.

6. Considering the period of custody of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58340 of 2025(3) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 petitioner and the delay in the trial, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Shahpur Patory, Samastipur/concerned Court below in connection with Patory P.S. Case No. 653 of 2023.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
