Heard both sides.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1)(A)/25(1-B) A 26(ii) of the Arms Act.

It appears that two country made pistols and carbine were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 13.8.2014.

The trial court has reported that the case is fixed for framing of charge on 11.3.2015.

Considering the fact that two country made pistols and two magazines were recovered from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within four months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order.

The Superintendent of Police, Munger is directed to produce all the prosecution witnesses before the trial court on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6753 of 2015 (3) dt.12-03-2015 date fixed so that the trial may be concluded within four months. If the trial is not concluded within four months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail Let a copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of Police, Munger for compliance of the order.
