The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 70.920 liters of unprepared illicit liquor from an abandoned place. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case inasmuch as the place from where the aforesaid unprepared illicit liquor has been recovered, does not belong to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.06.2019.

Case No. 220 of 2019.
