04.08.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Rakesh Yadav @ Rocky Yadav who disclosed that petitioner was involved in several cases and after that petitioner was remanded in this case on 15.01.2016 from Mansi P.S. Case No. 239 of 2015. It appears from the impugned order that except criminal antecedents as well as confessional statement of coaccused, there is nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the Petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
