26.07.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner being the husband of the complainant is languishing in custody since 18.04.2016 in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner admits his marriage with the complainant and is ready to settle the issue with the complainant. Statement to that effect has been made in para 7 of the petition, which reads as follows:

"That despite all the things petitioner is still ready and willing to settle the matter".

No.27479 of 2016 (2) dt.26-07-2016 Considering the present stand of the petitioner, let the Petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 714 of 2012 (Tr.
