JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Pirpainty P.S.Case No. 119 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur. In the present case, the allegation has been made that the sister of the informant has been killed and thrown in the well. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case has been lodged on the basis of information and petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are son and mother.

In view of nature of allegation, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
