Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court vide order dated 11.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3951 of 2014 and again vide order dated 07.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.30400 of 2015. Again, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 992 of 2013, arising out of Muffasil P.S.Case No. 133 of 2013, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-V, Munger, stands rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible even by taking the trial of the petitioner on day to day basis.
