The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 379 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, twenty named accused persons including the petitioner herein are said to have assaulted the informant and others. It is stated that the petitioner assaulted one Krishnakant causing injury on his eyebrow. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner who is a lady has been falsely implicated in the case. The allegation against the petitioner is of having assaulted Krishnakant. The injury report of the said Krishnakant has been brought on record as Annexure-2 to the petition and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66076 of 2021(2) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 the same has been found to be simple in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 11.8.2021 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner in the FIR, the injury on Krishnakant having been found to be simple in nature together with the petitioner having remained in custody for 8 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case no. 169 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M, Madhubani, District Madhubani.
