The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 7/13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

The petitioner being an Amin was apprehended by the Vigilance Squad and from his possession Rs. 5,000/- was recovered. The petitioner was taking a bribe for giving wrong measurement of land.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the fact that chargesheet has already been submitted and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 11.11.2014, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
