Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 158 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner who is having physical relationship with the informant for three years on the pretext of getting marriage but he had not married with the petitioner and as such the present case has been lodged. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is a consenting party and as marriage was not solemnized, the present case has been lodged.
Heard learned A.P.P., who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that Section 164 Cr.P.C. statement, she has also alleged that the video was also made viral by the informant.

No.46348 of 2018 (2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order of this Court. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is hereby dismissed.
