ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 06.07.2019 in connection with Andhara Math P.S. Case No.108 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. No.1221 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 353, 414 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were not from their conscious possession but because the petitioner were coming from Nepal, they were apprehended on suspicion. The petitioners are not having any criminal antecedents.

No.51655 of 2019(3) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, (Excise Act), Madhubani, in connection with Andhara Math P.S. Case No.108 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. No.1221 of 2019.
