Petitioner happens to be assailant and it is stated that the petitioner and other accused shot fire on the deceased. Therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 156 of 2017 arising out of Teghra P.S. Case no. 217/2015 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Begusarai stands rejected.
