Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the motorcycle is said to have been recovered in front of a garage and not recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and so far as recovery of another motorcycle is concerned; the same has been recovered from in-laws' house of the petitioner for which, the petitioner is not responsible.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also keeping in mind the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15947 of 2015 (3) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 07 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Udakishunganj.
