JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 11.06.2014 without having any specific allegation though it is stated that petitioner no. 1 assaulted one constable but the impugned order of learned Additional Sessions Judge does not disclose the nature of injury sustained by the above stated injured. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
