2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304(2)/117(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, two accused persons were caught while snatching informant's mobile phone. They disclosed name of the petitioner and one other accused person as their associate who fled away from the spot.
4.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner's name has come in this case on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

6. Considering the facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let this petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Bettiah, West Champaran in Bettiah Rail Police Station Case No. 20 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
