The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 304B and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, mother of the deceased Rinki Kumari, alleged that her daughter was married to Paltu Sharma four years ago but her husband and other in-laws killed her and cremated her dead body.

It is submitted that the petitioners no. 1, 2 and 4, namely, Munari Devi, Gangiya Devi and Sushila Devi are the sisters-in-law of the deceased and the petitioner no. 3, Amarjit Thakur @ Amarjeet Thakumar is the husband of the petitioner no. 2, Gangiya Devi. The informant has not made any specific

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37597 of 2014 (2) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioners. The petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. They are residing in their own house.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are the married sisters-in-law and the brother-in-law (Nandosi) of the deceased, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in Hilsa P.S.
