The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maker P.S. Case No.48 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that one dead body sustaining cut injury was found, which was, later on, identified to be that of the son of the informant. The informant raised suspicion against this petitioner and the co-accused Ravi Singh having their hands in committing the murder of her son due to grudge and old enmity. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the informant has only raised suspicion against the

In course of investigation, one co-accused Arjun Thakur was apprehended, who confessed his guilt in committing the murder of the son of the informant by cutting neck through knife and knife was also recovered by the police. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 26.04.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Maker P.S.
