In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner Maya Devi apprehends her arrest for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the I.P.C. The prayer of pre-arrest bail of petitioner no.1 Munna Jha has been dismissed as withdrawn because he has been arrested and so far petitioner no.2 Maya Devi is concerned, she bears allegation that she assaulted Sunita Devi with lathi. There appears land dispute.
Considering the allegation and gender of the petitioner Maya Devi, she in case of her arrest or surrender within two

No.37458 of 2014 (3) dt.25-03-2015 2/2 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M. Darbhanga in Moro P.S. Case No. 59 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
