JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-07-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing Licence No. 15/R/2011 of Public Distribution System shop issued in the name of Respondent no. 8, Chairman of the Dhosila Primary Agriculture Credit Co-operative Society and further for issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding Respondent no. 5 to issue fresh licence of PDS shop in the name of Dhosila Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society.
