2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 93 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.
3. As per allegation, having seen the police party, the petitioner along with other accused persons threw bags, from which 81 liters of country-made liquor was recovered.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and he is under custody since 08.07.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the fact the petitioner has two criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected with the observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned court itself after four months of this order. The learned court below shall consider the bail application of the petitioner without being prejudiced by this order.
