The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that as per allegation, 56 bottles each containing 300 ml of Nepali Soufi wine were allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 20.03.2017.
Considering the facts and the circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40352 of 2017(2) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 126 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
