The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act and different sections of the U.A.(P.A.) Act. The informant heard sound of explosion and saw many persons fleeing away. The informant claimed to identify the persons named in the F.I.R. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. The police named the petitioner although the police did not know him from before. Similarly situated co-accused Md. Jalil @ Jilwa @ Jilla has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 19.02.2015 passed in Cr. App (DB) No. 77/2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12044 of 2015 (2) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 10th Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in Hathauri P.S. Case No. 34/2014, corresponding to S. Tr. No. 750/2014.
