1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

3. The Court is not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner as the FIR is of the year 2006 and process under Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued and charge-sheet has been submitted showing the petitioner as an absconder, thus, the anticipatory bail application is rejected in connection with T.R. No. 252 of 2025 arising out of Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 01 of 2006 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur/Successor Court.
