JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2017 On the insistence of the parties, the writ application is disposed of in the following terms in the pre-sitting of Lok Adalat: i) Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that a sum of Rs.8,21,680.00 towards retrial dues has already been paid to the petitioner.

ii) The petitioner will make his grievance regarding wrong calculation, if any, with respect to payment of gratuity as well as non-payment of E.P.F. and G.I.C. amount.

iii) On receipt of the representation, the respondents would adjudicate the same within a period of two weeks and pay the

iv) In case the petitioner is aggrieved, he would be at liberty to file a petition for reviving the instant case. v) On filing of such petition, the writ petition would stands revived.

The instant settlement would form part of Lok Adalat to be held on 8.7.2017.
