2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 182 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of one stolen motorcycle from the garage of the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.03.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai / concerned Court below in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 182 of 2024.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Cheriyabariyarpur Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
