JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 28.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act. It is alleged that the petitioner tried to outrage the modesty of the informant and when she raised alarm, the petitioner after making assault and snatching earring, escaped from the scene.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the neighbour of the informant and due to petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11098 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POSCO, Buxar in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 31 of 2014.
