The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 506, 386 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that when the informant, Anil Singh, went at his field in the morning of 14.03.2019 then saw that Deepak Yadav, Lutan Yadav, Sajan Yadav, Manish Yadav and Satyajit Yadav were cutting the mustard crops. When the informant made protest then Sachitanand Yadav started to abuse and called his son, on which, Deepak Yadav and Lutan Yadav came near the informant and pointed

At that time, petitioners and Ranjit Singh having lathi, danda and iron rod came there and ordered to kill him, on which, all started to cause assault. In the meantime, petitioner no. 1 took cash of Rs.1000/- from his pocket and demanded Rs.50,000/- as ransom.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute, informant has lodged the present case only to give undue pressure regarding the occurrence dated 14.03.2019 after one week on 20.03.2019. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
