The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 498(A), 323 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

The wife made allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner demanded money and papers of land and subjected her to all sorts of physical and mental torture. The petitioner is alleged to have poured kerosene oil and ignited fire in her body but the complainant did not receive any burn injury. It appears that the petitioner, being the husband of the complainant, is in jail since 10.10.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11891 of 2015 (2) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bagha, West Champaran in Complaint Case No. C-810/2014.
