JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For directing the respondents to register the arms license of the petitioner bearing registration no. 6049/NH/New, UCF no.- 052090029103742016 and 1911/NH/New, UCF no. 052090029103732016 in O.D.

register, also to renew the arms license of the petitioner, which has issued by C.S.

Nagaland vide order dated 11.02.2015 and the arms license are valid for all India and the Arms license of the petitioner has renewed time to time and it next date for renewal of both arms of petitioner is

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the representation filed by the petitioner, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance, before the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hazipur on 29.10.2021, has not been disposed off. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hazipur to consider the aforesaid application of the petitioner, if so filed and in case the same is still pending and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
