2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goriakothi P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 333, 307, 511, 120B, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The petitioner is the sister-in-law (Nanad) of the victim. He is in jail since 08.07.2024.

4. Though the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the victim but considering the period of custody and relationship, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Siwan in connection with Goriakothi P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024.
