Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 25.10.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.
