The petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
From a pick-up van in which the petitioner was travelling, 14 pieces of stolen battery were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was simply a passenger in the said Pick-up van. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
